The Third Model of the Permanent Council for OAS Interns (3^rd MOAS/PC) was organized jointly by the Department of International Affairs

of the Secretariat for External Relations (DIA/SER), and the Department of Human Resources of the OAS. The 3^rd MOAS/PC was held

at OAS Headquarters on March 27^th, 2009.

The MOAS/PC is a regular activity of the OAS Internship Program.
